If you are not at home the courier will leave a card and you will need to contact the courier to arrange a different date. If we have not tried to deliver within 14 working days of you placing your order, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If you do not receive your products within 10 working days of the date of the invoice we send to you, tell us immediately and no later than 20 working days after the date of the invoice, otherwise we will assume that the delivery has been made.
